Hello. Today we report on Russia's mass deployment of repurposed training missiles, which has driven its aerial onslaught on Ukraine to record levels. We also have an exclusive on Saudi Arabia seeking China's help as the Houthi threat grows.  And a new cat species has been identified, the first in over a century.

China has privately asked Tehran to help rein in Yemen's Houthis after an appeal to Beijing by Saudi Arabia following the Iran-backed group's military blitz in the past week. The US Department of State said it had approved the potential sale of Lockheed Martin's ‌F-35 Lightning II fighter jets to Saudi Arabia, as the kingdom is drawn deeper into war in the Middle East. Voting got underway in a three-day parliamentary election in Russia, which President Vladimir Putin has framed as a barometer of support for the war in Ukraine. The Pentagon is reinstituting a mandatory testing program for testosterone deficiency among US service members age 30 and older, bringing back an initiative that many medical experts have described as potentially harmful.
