(AP Photo/Jose Luis Magana) America’s European allies are trying to pry their unspent money back from USAID After the Trump administration and Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency cut USAID’s funding and the bulk of its programs, government officials from Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands asked whether their combined $15 million would be funneled to projects as expected or refunded.
